			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Matterhorn Mobile S.A. and Matterhorn Mobile Holdings S.A. announced today that they intend to launch offerings of senior secured notes and senior notes, respectively. The proceeds from the offering will be used to fund part of the consideration payable for the capital stock of Orange Communication SA (the &#8220;Company&#8221;) under the share purchase agreement dated December 23, 2011, as amended from time to time, by and among Matterhorn Mobile S.A. (an affiliate of Apax Partners LLP), Atlas Services Belgium and France Telecom S.A.</p>
<p>The notes will be offered in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and non-U.S. persons pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the &#8220;Securities Act&#8221;), subject to market and other conditions. The ONE700 CPE is a multi-service router with industry-leading hardware scalability and software flexibility with EFM g.shdsl and fiber Ethernet WAN options, up to 2 PRIs for legacy PBX termination and a four-port managed Gigabit Ethernet switch.</p>

With its headquarters in London, GHK is a multi-disciplinary consultancy serving government and commercial clients on environment, employment, health, education and training, transportation, social policy, business and economic development, and international development issues. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter, 2012.</p>
<p>Founded in 1973, GHK&#8217;s 150 employees provide high-end consulting services in research and evaluation, financial and impact assessment, and program management from four offices in Asia and five offices in Europe. For 2011, GHK is expected to report revenues of approximately US$30 million. The transaction is expected to be earnings neutral to ICF in 2012.</p>
<p>&#8220;GHK is an excellent strategic fit for ICF, bringing multi-disciplinary, highly educated, and motivated employees who have deep domain knowledge in our key markets. This combination would significantly strengthen our European presence with complementary services and create critical mass for ICF in high-growth Asian markets,&#8221; said ICF International Chairman and CEO Sudhakar Kesavan. &#8220;We have already won one project together and are proposing jointly on others. <p>The combination of GHK with ICF would create value in several ways:</p>

<li><strong>Add depth in advisory capabilities in Europe and Asia.</strong> The combined firm will be in a position to expand GHK&#8217;s advisory services into implementation areas. <p>Revised 2012 Revenue Guidance</p>
<p>Taking into account both the planned acquisition of GHK and the recent acquisition of Ironworks Consulting, ICF is increasing its preliminary guidance for 2012 revenues to the range of $1.0 billion to $1.04 billion from the prior $910 million to $940 million range and is increasing its expected EBITDA margin range to 9.5 percent to 10.5 percent from the prior 9 percent to 10 percent range. ICF will provide 2012 earnings per share guidance when it releases its fourth quarter and full year 2011 results after the close of market on Wednesday, February 29, 2012.</p>

(the &#8220;Company&#8221;) announced today that as of January 27, 2012, it has consummated its private placement offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 7 1/4% senior notes due 2020 (the &#8220;New Notes&#8221;) and the early settlement of its previously announced cash tender offer and consent solicitation (the &#8220;Tender Offer&#8221;) with respect to its outstanding 8 1/4% senior notes due 2015 (the &#8220;Old Notes&#8221;).</p>
<p>The Company used a portion of the net proceeds from the sale of the New Notes to fund the payment of consideration and costs relating to the Tender Offer. As of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 26, 2012 (the &#8220;Early Tender Deadline&#8221;), $105,694,000.00 aggregate principal amount of Old Notes had been validly tendered and not withdrawn, which represented approximately 70.46% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Old Notes. On January 26, 2012 (the &#8220;Initial Acceptance Date&#8221;), the Company accepted for purchase and payment all of the Old Notes that were validly tendered at or prior to the Early Tender Deadline. Payment for the Old Notes pursuant to the Early Settlement was made on January 27, 2012 (the &#8220;Initial Payment Date&#8221;). Holders of Old Notes who tendered their Old Notes at or prior to the Early Tender Deadline received $1,030.00 for each $1,000 principal amount of the Old Notes validly tendered, which included the consent payment of $10.00 per $1,000 principal amount of Old Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the Initial Payment Date. The Company intends to redeem the Old Notes that are not tendered under the Tender Offer pursuant to its optional redemption rights under the Old Notes and related indenture. This redemption will be funded by a portion of the net proceeds from the sale of the New Notes.</p>

<p>These operational and technological accomplishments helped reinforce the company&#8217;s commitment to meeting customer demand by increasing the capacity, speed, resiliency and efficiency of <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/network/" target="_blank">Verizon&#8217;s global network</a>, which stretches more than 670,000 route miles, including terrestrial and undersea cable, and spans six continents.</p>

<p>&#8220;Our network strategy focuses on advancing technologies and expanding our network reach in a way that energizes future innovations, as we have seen in areas such as 4G LTE, 100G optical and FiOS,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p><strong>100G Technology Sets Verizon Apart</strong></p>
<p>Marking two industry firsts, Verizon deployed 100 Gbps (gigabits per second) technology on portions of its European and U.S. networks.</p>
<p>The company has the <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25704-en-Verizon+First+to+Deploy+Standards+Based+100G+Ethernet+on+Long+Haul+IP+Backbone+Network.xml" target="_blank">first standards-based, multivendor 100 gigabit Ethernet link</a> on its IP backbone on a portion of the company&#8217;s European long-haul network, increasing capacity and performance for multinational business and government customers.</p>
<p>On its U.S. backbone network, Verizon deployed 100 Gbps technology on <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25801-en-Verizon+First+Global+Service+Provider+to+Deploy+100G+on+U.S.+Long+Haul+Network+.xml" target="_blank">an ultra-long-haul optical system between New York and Chicago</a>, helping deliver better efficiencies and scalability.</p>
<p>This advanced technology also significantly reduces latency – the time it takes for data sent from its entry point in the network to reach its destination&#8211; as well as provides greater capacity per fiber and helps control costs.</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s After 100G?</strong></p>
<p>In another industry first, Verizon and NEC Corporation of America jointly completed a <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25724-en-Verizon+and+NEC+Go+Beyond+100G+in+Successful+Field+Trial.xml" target="_blank">field trial transmitting high bit-rate technologies</a>, including 100 Gbps, 450 Gbps and 1T (1 terabit or 1,000 Gbps), coexisting on the same fiber. The trial, which measured the quality of the signal for all channels as well as the intensity of the optical signal, showed these &#8220;superchannels&#8221; are able to carry higher capacities while improving spectral efficiency without sacrificing distance.</p>
<p><strong>Unmatched Enterprise Cloud Services</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25727-en-Verizon+Completes+Terremark+Acquisition.xml" target="_blank">Verizon acquired Terremark</a>, which offers an unmatched combination of global data centers, cloud solutions and IT consulting services. <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/Products/it/" target="_blank">World-class IT services and cloud offerings</a> &#8212; including virtualization, collocation, managed hosting, application management, storage and cloud computing services &#8212; will help customers operate more nimbly and take advantage of better cost economies.</p>
<p>The company also acquired <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25789-en-Verizon+Acquires+CloudSwitch.xml" target="_blank">CloudSwitch</a>, an innovative provider of cloud software technology that helps customers simplify moving to the enterprise cloud as well as helps boost industry adoption.</p>
<p>As a result of these acquisitions, <a href="http://www.networkworld.com/slideshows/2011/120511-cloud-companies.html" target="_blank">Network World</a> magazine ranked Verizon among the 10 most powerful cloud companies in the magazine&#8217;s year-end list.</p>
<p><strong>Leading the Way with Verizon Wireless 4G LTE</strong></p>
<p>As of December 2011, Verizon Wireless has deployed its <a href="http://news.verizonwireless.com/LTE/Overview.html" target="_blank">4G LTE</a> network in more than 190 markets across the U.S., covering more than 200 million people.</p>
<p><a href="http://news.verizonwireless.com/news/2011/12/pr2011-12-02.html" target="_blank">Verizon and SpectrumCo</a> LLC &#8212; a joint venture between Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks &#8212; entered into an agreement in which Verizon Wireless will acquire 122 Advanced Wireless Services spectrum licenses covering 259 million points of presence.</p>
<p>The cable companies and Verizon Wireless also will become agents to sell one another&#8217;s products and, eventually, the cable companies will have the option of selling Verizon Wireless&#8217; service on a wholesale basis. In addition, the cable companies and Verizon Wireless have formed an innovation technology joint venture for the development of technology to better integrate wireline and wireless products and services. This acquisition of spectrum is an important step toward meeting the consumer demand for additional mobile services.</p>
<p><strong>FiOS Experience is One of the Best</strong></p>
<p>Verizon conducted the <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/panasonic-and-verizon.html" target="_blank">first-of-its kind demonstration</a> over its high-bandwidth FiOS network of a full-resolution high-definition 3D transmission via a premium TV service provider. Verizon and Panasonic &#8212; a leader in Full HD 3D technology &#8212; streamed Full HD 3D, currently the highest-possible resolution of 3D video, via Verizon&#8217;s 100 percent fiber-optic <a href="http://businessforums.verizon.net/t5/Verizon-at-Home/Verizon-Broadband-Scores-High-Among-PCMag-com-Readers/ba-p/237068" target="_blank">FiOS TV</a> service.</p>
<p>The Federal Communications Commission&#8217;s <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/fcc-broadband-testing.html" target="_blank">report on residential wireline broadband service</a>, &#8220;Measuring Broadband America,&#8221; confirmed that <a href="http://www22.verizon.com/Residential/FiOSInternet/Overview.htm" target="_blank">Verizon FiOS Internet</a> delivered 114 percent of its advertised upload and download speeds during peak periods, the highest of any Internet service provider tested. The report also cited the company&#8217;s impressive symmetrical FiOS Internet speeds, which exceeded promised speeds and provided upstream speeds averaging four to six times faster than those of the closest competitor &#8212; an important advantage for today&#8217;s increasingly interactive Internet.</p>
<p>Leveraging the strength of the Verizon FiOS network, the company also announced several new entertainment experiences, including accessing FiOS TV on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system; <a href="http://smallbusiness.verizon.com/products/internet/broadband/google_apps.aspx" target="_blank">Google Apps for Verizon</a>; MY FiOS app; and expanded programming for <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/verizon-fios-to-offer-live.html" target="_blank">ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN Buzzer Beater</a>, <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/verizon-fios-customers-get.html" target="_blank">MTV Networks</a>, <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/verizon-adds-trutv-hd-to-fios.html" target="_blank">truTV HD</a> and <a href="http://newscenter.verizon.com/press-releases/verizon/2011/verizon-adds-bet-hd-to-fios.html" target="_blank">BET HD</a>. These enhancements continue to break down old technology boundaries and free consumers to enjoy entertainment on their own terms.</p>
<p><strong>Undersea Cables Provide Much-Needed Capacity </strong></p>
<p>The submarine cable <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25683-en-Verizon+Customers+Gain+Much+Needed+Capacity+With+40G+Upgrade+of+Submarine+Cable+System+Linking+Southeast+Asia,+the+Middle+East+and+Europe.xml" target="_blank">SEA-ME-WE4 was upgraded to 40 Gbps</a>, enabling Verizon customers that do business in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East to take advantage of the additional capacity, improved performance and increased scalability.</p>
<p>In addition, the $700 million <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25693-en-Verizon+Ready+to+Activate+Capacity+on+Europe+India+Gateway+Submarine+Cable+System.xml" target="_blank">Europe India Gateway cable</a>, one of the most advanced submarine cable systems in the world, was activated, offering additional diversity and capacity to meet critical communications needs of multinational companies.</p>
<p><strong>International Expansion Benefits Global Customers</strong></p>
<p>Verizon announced <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25861-en-Verizon+Teams+With+Dialog+Axiata+to+Expand+Global+IP+Network+Reach+and+Offer+Private+IP++Network+Capabilities+in+Sri+Lanka.xml" target="_blank">a new network alliance with Dialog Axiata PLC</a>, which made possible the expansion of Verizon&#8217;s Private IP network capabilities to Sri Lanka, a growing global commerce center.</p>
<p>The company also completed a <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25810-en-Verizon+Completes+Singapore+Fiber+Build,+Increasing+Network+Coverage+and+Doubling+Capacity.xml" target="_blank">fiber-optic network expansion project in Singapore</a>, greatly increasing the company&#8217;s network coverage and doubling capacity for enterprise customers, many of which are expanding operations in the Asia-Pacific region.</p>
<p><strong>Moving to IPv6</strong></p>
<p>With the depletion of IPv4 addresses, Verizon expanded its Internet Dedicated service in Asia-Pacific and Europe and Private IP services globally to carry traffic using the <a href="http://www.verizonbusiness.com/about/news/pr-25761-en-Verizon+Ready+to+Participate+in+World+IPv6+Day.xml" target="_blank">next-generation Internet Protocol, IPv6</a>. As a result, Verizon enterprise customers can exchange IPv6 traffic in multiple formats across both the company&#8217;s global public Internet backbone and private IP network. This transition helps Verizon&#8217;s business and government agencies continue to experience uninterrupted Internet service.</p>

<p>Since the start of 2011, AT&amp;T has made nearly 600 wireless network upgrades in western Pennsylvania. Some of the enhancements include:</p>

<li>Deploying enhanced backhaul connections to more than 200 cell sites. Combined with HSPA+ technology, these backhaul deployments enable 4G speeds<em>**</em>.</li>
<li>Adding capacity or an extra layer of frequency &#8211; which is like adding lanes to a highway &#8211; to nearly 300 cell sites including in the following locations:

<p>AT&amp;T plans to support the build or upgrade of thousands of cell sites nationwide to increase network speed, coverage and reliability for both mobile voice and <a href="http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=7777" target="_blank">broadband services</a>. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As digital downloads continue to expand and revitalize the music industry, private equity company National Property Trust presents digital music investment opportunities.</p>
<p>According to a December 2011 report from Reuters, the music industry just saw an increase in overall sales for the first time since 2004. The Reuters story attributes part of this success to the popularity of the new album by British soul singer Adele, whose <em>21 </em>sold more than five million copies, but also to the industry&#8217;s increased focus on digital downloads. In 2011 the recording industry embraced digital music more than ever before, something that speaks to just how prevalent digital music really is. Hawaii, by far, leads the nation with an average home loan amount of $677,299, followed by Washington D.C. at $393,453, New Jersey at $344,240 and New York at $340,124. The states with the lowest average home loan amounts are Mississippi at $137,182 and Nebraska at $137,515. The national average for a home loan is $222,261.</p>

(NYSE: BPI), a provider of innovative solutions that advance learning, donated one dollar for every ticket sold for last night&#8217;s Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl to San Diego&#8217;s Freedom Station. A total of 56,313 tickets were sold to college football fans, but Bridgepoint Education decided to increase the donation and presented Freedom Station with a check for $59,000.</p>
<p>Freedom Station opened in May of this year to help injured military service members transition back into civilian life. The Freedom Station facility provides temporary lodging, education, counseling, physical therapy and career opportunities to service members who have been medically retired or discharged.</p>
<p>The check presentation to Freedom Station occurred on the field at Qualcomm Stadium during the 34th annual Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl. Bridgepoint Education chief executive officer Andrew Clark made the presentation to Sandy Lehmkuhler, president of Freedom Station. The game ended with a 21-10 victory for the Texas Longhorns over the California Golden Bears.</p>
